The Embassy of Foreign Artists (EOFA) is an international residency program whose aim is to welcome artists, cultural actors, committed citizens and researchers, individually or collectively, and to offer them logistical and financial support for the development of their activities. The organization makes use of its network in order to promote the realization and dissemination of their projects and practices. The program is open to all nationalities.
