Greer Valley is a lecturer in the department of Curatorial, Public and Visual Cultures at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, as well as a practicing independent curator. Additionally, she serves as the vice president of the KwaZulu Natal Society of the Arts and is the chairperson of the Africa South Arts Initiative (ASAI).
