Instituto Tele Arte is an independent and private artistic project located in the traditional Franklin neighborhood in the central-southern area of Santiago. The Institute promotes and disseminates contemporary art through various platforms and disciplines, considering territorial and communicational distances in search of observations of the domestic and popular.
