About

Nicole Kouts is a multimedia artist and researcher investigating images as a transport medium of ancient beliefs to contemporary technologies, mediated by analogue-digital combinations of materials. Navigates through the merger of video, performance, digital/printed image, installation, collage and net art. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts and a Postgraduate Degree in Scenography and Costume Design (Belas Artes, São Paulo). Her work has integrated exhibitions in more than 20 countries.
