About

Immigrant artist from Colombia, she lives and works in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is pursuing her master’s degree in Performing Arts at ECO/UFRJ; she has a degree in Visual Arts and in Languages and Sociocultural Studies. Her artistic research is based on her experience as an immigrant, her origins, displacements, and admiration for references coming from Latin American popular and mass cultures, using performance, happenings, photography, video, and installation, among others, as supports.
