Souya Handa is an independent curator and artist based in Tokyo. Born in 1994 and raised in Hiroshima, Japan, Handa’s works examine the intersections and conflicts between technology and society while exploring his Asian/Japanese identity. In addition to his artistic career, he also has a background in engineering and has worked as an office administrator for a FinTech company. Handa has collaborated with commercial galleries and companies to curate various exhibitions.
