Wafaa Albadry is a journalist, author, and speaker in Berlin. She covered the Arab Spring, then moved to Berlin as a fellow at the International College of Journalism. Her work has appeared in Deutsche Welle, BBC, Unbias The News, Business Insider, France24, Vice. Albadry promotes diversity in journalism and women’s rights, as a prep committee jury member for the European press prize. She co-authored Unbias the News: WHY DIVERSITY MATTERS FOR JOURNALISM.
