About

Me.Read
Speculative storytelling & Collective reading
This session functions as a collective storytelling exercise. One person initiates the story, and it is continued clockwise, with each participant adding a new narrative segment. This activity allows us to experiment with fictional and speculative forms of knowledge production that are
not centred on truth, but on the possibility that learning and knowledge production can be multiple and open-ended.

A communal reading of the selected books that take turns with participants and a follow-up discussion.

From 9.00 AM

Selected books for the collective reading
A selection of books read through the year under ME.read.
• Dear Ijeawele, or A Feminist Manifesto in Fifteen Suggestions by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
• Black Skin, White Masks by Frantz Fanon.
